The level of fees is set out in The Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014, SI 2014 No 1

Compliance Stage - £75.00

The Compliance fee is for instructing the Enforcement Agency.

You will be charged the compliance fee before the Enforcement Agent visits your home.

Enforcement Fee - £235.00

You will be charged an Enforcement fee if you do not pay the debt when you receive a compliance notice, requiring an Enforcement Agent to visit your home.  If your debt is more than £1,500, you will have to pay an additional 7.5% above £1,500.

Sale or disposal Fee - £110.00

You will be charged a sale or disposal fee if you do not pay the debt or offer proposal for payment, requiring the Enforcement Agent to remove goods to settle the debt.

If your debt is more than £1,500, you will have to pay an additional 7.5% above £1,500.

Other costs that could be incurred would be for storage, locksmiths, and auctioneer costs.
